Accessibility Statement

Effective date: September 14, 2026. Last updated: September 14, 2026.

Not legal advice. This statement describes our accessibility goals and current, honest conformance status. It is not a certified audit, a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT), or a representation of full legal compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") Title III or any state accessibility law. Have counsel and a qualified accessibility auditor review your specific obligations.

Our commitment

DN Dialer is committed to making our website, lead marketplace, and dialer dashboard usable by the widest possible audience, including people with visual, auditory, motor, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. We are guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard most commonly referenced by U.S. Department of Justice guidance and settlement agreements interpreting ADA Title III as applied to websites, and we treat this standard as our target for both the public marketing site and the authenticated dashboard.

Conformance status

We describe our conformance honestly rather than claiming a status we have not verified: this site is currently in partial conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partial conformance" means some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard. We are actively working toward full conformance and treat newly identified barriers as defects to be fixed, not accepted permanently.

Measures we've taken

  • Semantic HTML landmarks and heading structure so screen readers can navigate the page by section;
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, and interactive controls, including the lead-capture form, login, and dashboard tools;
  • Visible focus indicators on interactive elements rather than suppressing browser focus styling;
  • Text alternatives for meaningful non-text content;
  • A color palette checked for sufficient contrast between text and background in both light and dark presentations;
  • Responsive layout that supports browser zoom and text resizing without loss of content or function;
  • Form fields with associated labels and inline error messaging rather than color alone to indicate a problem; and
  • Respect for the operating system's "reduced motion" preference for animated elements, such as the homepage dial animation.

Known limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a completed state. Known areas we are still improving include: full screen-reader testing of the live in-call "screen pop" and autopilot dialer status updates for users relying on assistive technology, and captioning or transcripts for any future video content. If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please tell us — see Feedback below.

How we assessed this site

Our conformance status above reflects an internal self-evaluation against the WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria during development. We have not yet commissioned an independent third-party audit or a formal VPAT. We plan to pursue an external audit as the platform matures and will update this page when we do.

Technical specifications

Accessibility of this site relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies installed on your device: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.
