How DN Dialer works

The whole loop from lead to paid commission, who we are, and the questions agencies ask before they sign up.

From lead to paid commission, in six steps

This is the whole loop, in order. Most agencies are dialing on day one.

  1. 1

    Create your agency

Sign up, add a $100/week seat for each agent, and invite your team. Every agent gets a login scoped to your agency's leads, calls, and deals.

  2. 2

    Buy leads

Browse the marketplace by state and product. Buy exclusive or shared leads; each one already carries verified consent. Ownership transfers to your agency the moment payment clears.

  3. 3

    Go live and dial

Agents enable the browser softphone and start a session. The dialer picks leads from the queue and rings up to 3 at once. Whoever answers first is connected; the other lines are cancelled. If two people answer at the same time, the second is routed to another idle agent instead of being dropped.

  4. 4

    Quote on screen

Auto quoting fills in the lead's name, age, state, address, and gender the moment the call connects, under the lead's unique ID. The client only has to share their health conditions.

  5. 5

    Work the call

When the call ends, log a disposition: not interested, callback scheduled, appointment set, sold, bad number, or do-not-call. The lead's status updates on its own.

  6. 6

    Log the deal

When a lead converts, record the sale: carrier, product, annual premium, commission rate. It's saved to the agent's seat, and the lead is locked to your agency so no one else on the platform can call it again.

  7. 7

    Watch the numbers

Agents see what they've made today, this week, this month, and all time. Owners see the agency's totals, a leaderboard of their own agents, and where they rank on the public Agency Leaderboard.

Built for agencies that live on the phone

DN Dialer started from a simple observation: agencies buy leads from one vendor, dial them with a second tool, and track commissions in a spreadsheet. That's three systems that don't talk to each other, and three places for a lead or a deal to get lost. We built one system that owns the whole loop.

What we do

We generate and sell consent-verified life insurance leads, and we sell the dialer agencies use to work them. One plan works the same for a three-agent shop and a call-center floor.

Why one system

Every call attempt, disposition, closed deal, and commission dollar is attached to the exact lead that produced it. No CSV exports, no reconciling three tools at month end.

Consent first

Every lead carries proof of consent: the timestamp, the source URL, and the exact disclosure shown at capture. The dialer will not place a call against a lead that's missing it.

Who it's for

Independent life insurance agencies and IMOs writing term, whole life, final expense, IUL, mortgage protection, and annuity business who need more dial time per agent, not more headcount.

Questions agencies ask

If yours isn't here, ask us directly and we'll answer within a business day.

When an agent starts a session, we place one outbound call per lead, up to 3 at a time, into the same call the agent's browser is already on. Whichever lead answers first is connected to the agent; every other ringing line is hung up automatically.
